WWE 2K16: Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Triple H and More Outed by Retailer
2K Sports announced their next venture into the WWE franchise, WWE 2K16, in May this year and since then the game has been in and out of news primarily due to the massive athlete roster that it is expected to pack.
We told you back in June that the game was going to bring you the largest number of wrestlers to choose from; a total of 120 wrestlers are to grace the roster, but until recently a lot of the names were not revealed by either the publishers or the developers.
Now, GameStop Italy has somehow decided to show off details that they know about WWE 2K16 by revealing at least five previously unannounced wrestlers namely Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, The Rock, Triple H and Alexa Bliss.
While you would expect some of them to be there anyway, it is good that we have another reason to believe.
That being said, GameStop Italy also reassured the presence of Paige and Eva Marie in the game alongside Bad News Barrett, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and Stone Cold Steve Austin – all of whom have been confirmed previously.
About the 120 wrestler roster, Visual Concepts have confirmed that it will comprise of wrestlers from NXT, Hall of Fame as well as current wrestlers. Also, all of these are going to be available on the game’s release date.
So far, the developers of WWE 2K16 have not announced when they will share the complete list if wrestlers included in the game but rest assured, we will let you know as soon as they do.
