New The Witcher 3 DLC Lets You Slaughter Enemies In Style

By   /   1 year ago

Developer CD Projekt RED has announced a new DLC for The Witcher 3, that’ll help you finish-off enemies in style. The studio promised us 16 pieces of free DLC before paid expansions start. DLC no.15 is revealed, meaning there is just one more to go.

The latest content is introducing new finisher animations that helps The White Wolf take down enemies with more flair. Keep in mind that these animations will not increase damage, but are meant to look good.

On a related note, The Witcher 3 patch 1.07 is now live and takes 7.5GB of save in your HDD. The patch brings plenty of fixes and improvement to frame-rates and more.

However, players are reporting that after installing the patch, they are unable to complete Skellige’s Most Wanted mission. Most Wanted is a mission where you come face-to-face with a cursed werewolf with everlasting hunger. Players report that after taking away his HP, he still doesn’t die.

It sound like an animation bug, so it is recommended to not install the update for now, or if you have already, create a manual save before the mission begins.

The Witcher 3 is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
