343 Offers Real-Life Halo 5 Battles at SDCC 2015

Welcome to the start of San Diego Comic-Con 2015, and this year if you are attending there appear to be a big gaming presence for you to look forward to.

Not only will we expect to find out more about zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, but there will be plenty of Halo 5: Guardians fun too.

Working with BOOMco a company who create the toy dart guns (like NERF guns,) 343 Industries are recreating Crossfire, a breakout map that was available in the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta as a real-life 4v4 arena for attendees of SDCC 2015 to di battke in.

The dart guns made by BOOMco will be halo-themed as will the armour people who will be wearing when they take part in the battle.

As well as hosting this event, 343 Industries will be using the Comi-Con to host panels about the game. This means a chance to reveal more about Warzone, one of the new play modes for the upcoming game.

With a big presence at the event expect plenty of merchandise to be on show too.

For fans of statues based on characters form the game, Kotobukiya are going to reveal their Halo ARTFX+ Statues. These include a new Master Chief with this version of the statue including a tech body suit with armour that snaps into place. All this will be on show at the event.
