Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Voting: RDR, BO2, Skyrim, MW2, Halo Reach Are on Top
Xbox One backwards compatibility has been launched but of course it doesn’t mean that every game that ever released on Xbox 360 suddenly becomes available to play on the new console.
There is a process and then the developers also have to be on board in order to make games backwards compatible.
Since there are tons and tons of titles people would want to choose from, the Xbox forums now have a voting system where you get to choose the game you want to play through the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature the most.
Xbox One Backward Compatibility is here. Now you can play a growing number of your Xbox 360 games on Xbox One at no additional cost. With new games added to the roster every month, now you can play both generations of games on one console. Experience the greatest games lineup in Xbox history — exclusively on Xbox One.
We can’t promise every title will be available, but we’re working hard to make as many of your favorite Xbox 360 titles playable on Xbox One.
On that part about favorite games, the same page has a list where you can vote.
Currently Red Dead Redemption tops the list with 63,533 being closely followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops II at 61,629 votes. Here’s are some of the most voted games ranked according to their votes:
- Red Dead Redemption
- Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Halo: Reach
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
- Gears of War 3
