Since there are tons and tons of titles people would want to choose from, the Xbox forums now have a voting system where you get to choose the game you want to play through the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature the most.

Xbox One Backward Compatibility is here. Now you can play a growing number of your Xbox 360 games on Xbox One at no additional cost. With new games added to the roster every month, now you can play both generations of games on one console. Experience the greatest games lineup in Xbox history — exclusively on Xbox One.

We can’t promise every title will be available, but we’re working hard to make as many of your favorite Xbox 360 titles playable on Xbox One.

On that part about favorite games, the same page has a list where you can vote.
