Metal Gear Solid V: Definitive Ex

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain won’t feature any co-op mode in campaign, the revelation was made when a fan raised the question on Twitter.

The official Metal Gear Twitter account replied to the question by saying:

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker had co-op and was received well by fans. Similar feature was expected and rumored for The Phantom as well, but as now know that won’t be the case.

In other news, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain just received a 40-minute gameplay demo, which showed Big Boss and Diamond Dog in Afghanistan. The footage gave us an in-depth look at some of the gameplay mechanics and buddy system.

Konami also just recently shared a plethora of screens from The Phantom Pain, which are from the same gameplay demo.

Will you miss co-op in Metal Gear Solid V? Or do you think Big Boss going solo is the right call by developers? Take to the comments to share your opinions.
