Ubisoft’s Anno 2205 Takes City Building Simulation Out of This World
Ubisoft is taking city building simulation out of this world, literally. The developer has announced a new game called Anno 2205, which is a new installment in the long running series.
The simulator will allow players to build colonies on both Moon and Earth. From the looks of it, the game is a massive competition to EA’s Sim City and recently released Cities: Skylines.
Honestly, Anno 2205 could be the one to bring back many RTS fans back to the genre. The game is slated for a release on November 7 but before that, we will see a beta head to PC.
Above you can see a new trailer for Anno 2205 that was shared just now via Ubisoft’s press-conference. The video shows a modern city on Earth and shifts to Moon based colonies.
You won’t be allowed to rush to outer space though. PlayerS can move to space but they will have to build their resources in farming areas first.
More details are expected soon, stay-tuned.
