Rainbow Six Siege patch 1.3

During Microsoft’s E3 2015 media briefing, Ubisoft came out on stage to announce that Rainbow Six: Siege will release on the Xbox One with free copies of Rainbow Six: Vegas and Rainbow Six: Vegas 2.

Both the Vegas titles will be in the Xbox 360 format. However, Microsoft’s new backwards compatibility feature on the Xbox One will allow players to play the two last-gen titles on their new console with ease.

This also means that those who already have copies of Vegas and Vegas 2, and don’t intend on purchasing Rainbow Six: Siege, will still be able to play their discs on the Xbox One.

Rainbow Six: Siege is confirmed to hit retail on October 13 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
