Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Trademark Filed By EA In Europe
On June 8, Electronic Arts represented by J.A Kemp; filed a new trademark for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst in Europe. Similarly, a domain of the same was also registered on the 5th of June.
It is no secret that Mirror’s Edge is getting a sequel, but what exactly is “Catalyst”? EA is planning to release the game in the first quarter of 2016, and an official reveal is expected at E3 2015.

The sequel has never been referred to that Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is its full and final title. However, we can’t rule out the possibility of a mobile spin-off. The filing says that the game can be downloaded via “wireless devices.”
