With E3 2015 coming in close, details related to Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate continue to emerge.

One of the new additions being made to Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is Gang Warfare. Throughout the journey across the Victorian London, players will be able recruit commoners to join their cause and direct them to hold various districts so as to increase their influence.

According to the details, players will be able to recruit citizens at any given time. Moreover, the recruits will help players acquire certain unlockables and their loyalty will increase by progressing through the singleplayer campaign.

Coming to combat, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will feature new melee combat system, thanks to Brass Knucklers, which will help in close-quarter combat. Furthermore, there are firearms to aid in long-ranged engagements. The game is also brining back human shield element which was first introduced in Assassin’s Creed III.

Lastly, as we reported earlier, there will be no companion app as the developers wish to focus on core experience:

“There will not be a companion app. For Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the team wanted to focus all their efforts on the core experience.”

Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is slated to launch on Oct. 23, 2015 for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
