Friend Buys Xbox One, You Both Get Free EA Access for 12 Months!
Microsoft has started a new promotion in collaboration with Electronic Arts. They recently sent out emails to a select number of people offering them a chance to get free EA Access subscription for a whole year.
The process through which they can get their hands of the free subscription is simple; just coax a friend of yours into buying the Xbox One console and you will be rewarded for bringing in the customer with the free subscription.
Not just that, the person who buys the console also gets the same treatment.
EA Access offers at least 10 titles for free to anyone who is subscribed. We are talking about games like FIFA 15, Need for Speed Rivals, Battlefield 4, Madden 15, NBA Live 15, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare and more.
Usually, gamers have to pay a monthly subscription of $4.99 or a yearly lump sum amount of $29.99. If they are giving two of the annual subscriptions for free it means you are indirectly saving $60!
The console is currently being sold for $349 by Microsoft, the benefits of $60 do make that figure sound a lot cheaper. However, that is dependent on the fact that you like to play games being made by EA and that you would want such a subscription.
If you ask me, EA is adding new titles to the list regularly, FIFA 15 was a surprise, and if they keep this up I doubt there would be people who don’t want to subscribe.
So, are you looking to buy an Xbox One? Or maybe just the EA Access subscription for which you might refer a friend to Microsoft?
