Fans of Madden NFL on Xbox One will be excited to know that this year’s installment will be available first on your console. It isn’t an exclusivity deal similar to Rise of the Tomb Raider, instead, players will be able to play the game early on EA Access for Xbox One.

As you know EA Access in a service exclusive to Xbox One and allows players to try games a few days before they release.  The news was confirmed by Aaron Greenberg in a post on Twitter:

Perks of having an Xbox One right? Those who are members of EA Access will get the game close to release but only for a few days. After that, they won’t be able to play the game until release, and that is if they choose to buy the game upon release.

EA Access costs $4.99 a month to Xbox One users.

Madden NFL 16 was announced recently by the publisher and it is planning to release it this Fall, alongside Fifa 16. More details on both of these franchises is expected to be revealed at E3. So stay-tuned for more on that.
