Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 Isn’t a Budget Title, Priced At $60
Just recently, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 was revealed by Activision, while I thought of its announcement as beating up a dead horse but some of the fans were actually excited for it.
The game has been down for a while and Activision will have to pull something out of their hat to make this franchise into what it once was. The game is still in development and lots of improvements are to be made, but many of you will agree with me if I say it looked like a budget title.
The screenshots shared by the creators looked cheap which could be due to it being from an early build. Since we assumed it as a budget title, we expected the price to be lower compared to other titles.
However, that isn’t case and those who are looking forward to buying the game may have to pay $60, according to a listing on Amazon.
The retailer listed the game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The current-gen version of the title is priced at $59.99, meanwhile, the game will cost you $39.99 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
This could be a mistake in the listing but Amazon not removing it so far indicates that Activision actually plans to sell the game at this price.
Well, I guess if Angry Birds: Star Wars can sell for $60, Why can’t Pro Skater 5?
