Wolfenstein: The Old Blood PC Requirements Released

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is set to release next week, and those anxiously waiting to play it on their PC systems can know now what specifications are needed to run the game right.

Bethesda Softworks has released the necessary information (below), and which looks identical to that of the first game. The exception, though, is the graphics requirement which has been raised a bit.

Minimum Requirements

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7/Windows 8
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500 @ 3.3 GHz / AMD FX-8320 @ 3.5 GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 / AMD Radeon HD 6870 (1GB VRAM)
  • Hard Drive: 38 GB available space

Recommended Requirements

  • OS: 64-Bit Windows 7/Windows 8
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 / AMD FX-8350
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / AMD Radeon R9 280 (3GB or more VRAM)
  • Hard Drive: 38 GB available space

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is going to release on May 5 and is currently available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for pre-ordering and pre-loading. Early buyers can go straight away and begin downloading the complete game to be ready for release day. The complete installation size currently comes about to 38GB.

The game is priced $19.99 across all platforms and as mentioned before, will be a standalone, downloadable title that does not require you to previously own a copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order.
