The Witcher 3: Griffins, Trolls Teased by CD Projekt Red Devs
Okay so The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt releases in about three weeks’ time, is there anything left in the game that you still wish to be told about?
Even if you can’t point out to something, CD Projekt Red has some new bits and pieces of information for you. A couple of the developers from the studio recently started answering questions posted by fans on their Twitter profiles.
Firstly, Marcin Momot, the Community & Website Coordinator was inquired about the existence of cheats and if it was possible to turn them off and about difficulty settings. Momot said that “you can always change the difficulty level but there are no cheats in the game.”
Moving on, the Lead Level Designer, Miles Tost answered a couple of questions. When asked about the number of Griffins and their respawning in The Witcher 3, he stated that “Griffins exist naturally within the world. You might just happen to bump into one when roaming.”
Someone asked about the possibility of “more vodka swilling maritally challenged trolls” in the game and guess what, Tost didn’t deny their existence. In fact, he teased a bit further:
The things we have in store for you troll lovers… this game brings it all the way up to 11.
The console wars have been raging hard for every title that releases on both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. However, Tost suggests that you put them to rest because “the game looks and runs great on all platforms.” Apparently, they have “been working really hard on ensuring this.”
Do you think The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will look and feel the same on both the consoles?
