Call of Duty Black Ops 3

Call of Duty Ghosts wasn’t something most of us cared too much about. Alot was expected from it, multiplayer was decent but the campaign needed more work. However, the series came back to form with the release of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.

The game is a massive hit and is received well by fans and critics compared to Ghosts. This year, we will be seeing the third installment in the Black Ops series and expectations are through the roof.

Call of Duty Black Ops 3 was announced just recently but at the time there was no word regarding a release date. There still isn’t, but a new GameStop leak may have given it away.

Along with the leak mentioned above, additional marketing material was also posted on Reddit. The leaked information revealed more about the  game’s campaign, character progression, chain movement system and more.

The most notable part of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 campaign, something that has been done before in any Call of Duty game, is support for four player co-op.

Black Ops 3 will also come with its signature Zombies mode, that will have its own storyline and narrative.

No Treyarch title would be complete without its signature Zombies offering – a full-game experience with its own distinct storyline right out of the box.

Zombies mode will also have its own XP Progression System that will offer players more replayability, according to the leak.

Movements in Call of Duty multiplayer changed dramatically with the introduction of EXO movements last year in Advanced Warfare. With the release of Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Treyarch is introducing the “new momentum-based chain-movement system.”

Apparently, this will allow players to move through the maps fluidly with finesse, by using controlled thrust movements, slides and mantle abilities in a range of different ways.

Maps are totally redesigned from the ground-up in accordance with the new movement  system.

None of these details are officially confirmed but they seem pretty legit to me. We will have official details about Black Ops 3 come Sunday, when Treyarch will unveil the game.
