Following in its release last year in October for consoles, WWE 2K15 is now all poised to arrive on PC this Spring, 2K Sports has announced.

According to an accompanying press release, WWE 2K15 on PC will launch with every piece of content previously released on the consoles. These will be free and include the likes of the WCW and NXT Arrival packs, along with new Showcase modes like “Hall of Pain” and “Path of the Warrior.”

A total of thirty-six extra characters will be there, along with four new managers, 26 matches, and 46 single-player stories. Players will also get immediate access to the special versions of wrestling superstars Sting and Hulk Hogan, which were originally kept as pre-order bonuses.

2K Sports has promised that the Windows edition will offer the same experience as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. A release date will be announced in the coming weeks, by when we also expect the system requirements to drop by.

In related news, WWE superstar John Cena revealed his love for video games.

I grew up playing games on my PC. Texas Instruments, Commodore 64… I was a huge PC gamer growing up, so this is big. Not only for our fans, but for me personally as well. Fans may not know this, but I was such a huge PC gamer that I bought a living room entertainment system just to play PC games back in the day. So don’t be surprised if you flash forward 50 years and yours truly is sitting in his living room playing computer games!
