In today’s video, we discuss something subjective – are video game remasters good or bad? And...
Black Ops 3: Genetic Augmentation, Cyborgs and Zombies!
Why is it that none of us can wait too hear the news on the time when the developers or publishers have planned to reveal it?
Well, maybe we can understand the excitement in the case of Call of Duty Black Ops 3; I mean the experiences we have had with Black Ops 2 warrant at least enough to make us eager about this one.
That being said, Treyarch is planning the official reveal a fortnight from now on April 26, 2015 but it appears that we have at least some information on the game’s setting already.
Source codes of official website have always been interesting places to look for unannounced details, and so someone at Twitter looked into it.
The result was that we now know the game is going to be set in a twisted and dark future where technology has probably made way for cyborgs and genetically augmented beings. Oh and no matter what era it is, a COD game is incomplete with out zombies, so there’s that.
Here’s an excerpt from the source code of the official website:
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the first title for next-gen hardware in the critically acclaimed Black Ops series. Developed by Treyarch, the award-winning creator of the two most-played games in Call of Duty history. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 deploys players into a dark, twisted future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines are blurred between our own humanity and the technology we created to stay ahead, in a world where cutting-edge military robotics define warfare. With three unique game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies, providing fans with the deepest and most ambitious Call of Duty ever.
With all that being said, keep inn mind that while this is from the official website of Call of Duty Black Ops 3, it has still not been confirmed by Treyarch, so it would be better if we wait until the official reveal.
