Suicide Squad – First Look at Jared Leto’s Joker

By   /   2 years ago

David Ayer posted the first look of Jared Leto’s Joker from the anti-hero movie on his Twitter. Leto’s image in the Joker’s avatar is an adaption from the original comic series ‘The Killing Joke’. The adaption is almost similar to the comic version.

Ayer earlier released a cast photo in which Leto was missing and it put fans in confusion, whether Leto will be appearing in it or not. But this new look clarifies all misunderstandings.

Leto is behind a Nikon camera, with chopped green hair. He has no makeup on his face which means that we still do not have The Joker’s complete look. But least we know it will be similar to the original character.

Among several behind the scene images, Ayer has posted a cast photo. Ike Barinholtz, Adam Beach and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje have joined the cast along with Will Smith, Jai Courtney, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jay Hernandez and Cara Delevingne.

People are curious how the theatrical version of all DC Comic Villain group called ‘Suicide Squad’ will look. All characters have their own specific aspects but The Joker’s character played by Jared Leto has made fans curious.

It also seems like the director is purposefully trying to create hype for Leto’s character. First he posts cast photo without Leto and then he decides to release his first look.

Suicide Squad is set to release on August 5 2016.
