Project Cars Renault Sports Trailer Released

By   /   2 years ago

Over the past few years, we have seen the racing genre suffer due to lack of innovation. The biggest example is Need for Speed, which for a while hasn’t been what it once was.

However, Project Cars is looking to change things. By using the power of current-gen hardware, Slightly Mad Studios is looking to deliver the best possible racer with unique features.

The studio has released a brand new trailer that shows how good the game looks. When I first saw this footage, it took me a few seconds to realize that its actually a game. My first reaction was that it’s some sort of live action trailer. That’s how visually impressive the game looks.

The lighting, reflections on the cars, tracks, each and everything looks spectacular. The last time I was truly excited for a driving game was when DriveClub was announced. As we know, that didn’t turn out to be so good. So all hopes are now with Project Cars.

Project Cars is scheduled to release mid-May for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U and PC. You can pre-order the game for $49.99.
