Daredevil Gets Two New Trailers
With less than a week left in Marvel’s Daredevil releasing on Netflix, two new action packed trailers have been released to give a better understanding of what to expect from the series. These trailers further define the callous and ruthless side of the show.
Steve DeKnight and Drew Goddard focused from the beginning on the darker and bloody tone of the show. In these clips we see more of Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin, Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Paige, Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson and Claire Temple as Rosario Dawson.
Matt, who was blinded as a child by a chemical is gifted with extraordinary powers, which he uses to fight crime. His ability to hear things helps him battle alongside of course, the years of training he has had since childhood. One thing that Matt has learned over the years is how to control his rage.
In the violent and bloody Hell’s Kitchen, Matt has taken it upon himself to try to make his city a better place. He is a lawyer by day and vigilante by night. He will only stop when this certain someone who wants to control will walk away from the city, defeated.
In DareDevil, Kingpin is all in for hurting people and says, “city needs to die before it can be reborn.”
This series is all about fighting the fear and not giving into it and Matt is there to make a difference, he thinks it’s time to collect debt for all the bad things these people have done with Hell’s Kitchen.
All 13 episodes of Daredevil will be available for streaming on Netflix on April 10.
