Final Fantasy XV: Over 70% of Players Were Satisfied With the Demo

Square Enix released a demo for Final Fantasy XV alongside Final Fantasy Type-0 HD just a few weeks ago. Those who played the demo seem to be pretty happy with what they saw.

According to a recent survey conducted by the Famitsu, over 70% of gamers who played the demo were satisfied. On the other hand, only 20% of players were dissatisfied.

That’s a pretty great response actually, considering the game isn’t even complete yet. There’s still a lot of time before the final retail version will be released.

Speaking of the retail version, director Hajime Tabata recently spoke during an interview and said we can expect to see some guest female characters in the game.

It’s possible we’ll have female characters join the party as guests. But since it’s an all-mate party, when you have a female character as a guest, their behavior might change because a woman is around.

Fans who played the demo also wanted some changes to the battle system. Tabata revealed that Battle system from the demo is just 50% complete and the final built will have things like co-op chain and magic. Tabata believes this will freshen things up in combat.

Tabata Added: “Ramuh has special specifications in the demo, there will be systematic improvements in the full release.”

Final Fantasy XV is announced for Playstation 4 and Xbox One but no release date is revealed so far.
