Bravely Second Opening Sequence is Beautiful!

Among the tons of trailers, reveals and details that wee shared by Nintendo Direct presentation yesterday was the opening movie of Bravely Second.

To say the least, it is going to make you say “wow.”

The video looks gorgeous showing off in-game characters and With a soundtrack to match the environments, I am left with no doubt in my mind that Square Enix has done a great job with this one.

We have embedded the video above so that you can see it for yourself. It is a just a little over two minutes long, but they do justice to the way Bravely Second is supposed to feel like.

There also are some combat sequences, but naturally those are all cinematic and so we will have to wait for another time before we can get fresh footage of the gameplay.

However, here’s one from last month where the developers had shown off gameplay elements including jobs, and featured characters among other things. Other than that, this is where you can find out all about the special moves and moon battles contained in the game.

Bravely Second is being developed exclusively for Nintendo 3DS and is scheduled to launch on April 23, 2015.
