Killing Floor 2: First Footage of a Full Match Playthrough
Yesterday saw PC Gamer being invited by Tripwire Interactive to get a first-in-the-world hands-on experience with Killing Floor 2.
A recording of the full match playthrough is now uploaded for everyone to check out. There are seven waves in total which you can see the players fight off on normal difficulty. The video also includes their in-game voice chatter, and is rendered in 60 frames-per-second.
The video then switches to three different perspectives to allow you to see the different weapons and perks in action. PC Gamer has promised to upload two more Killing Floor 2 gameplay videos recorded from yesterday. One will feature the game on its Hell on Earth difficulty, while the other will showcase the Biotics Lab map from a single perspective.
If you think that there isn’t enough blood and gore in the footage shown, then you can satisfy your needs with this batch of screenshots.
Earlier this year, Tripwire confirmed that new weapons would still keep on coming out for Killing Floor 2, even after its initial release. There are over ninety-five death animations in the game, which will vary according to the weapon used. On that note, each hit on an enemy can cause dismemberment.
Killing Floor 2, sequel to the 2009 Killing Floor, is scheduled for release later this year for the PS4 and PC.
