Alessandra Ambrosio Joins Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Cast
Alessandra Ambrosio is all set to make what could be regarded as her actual debut as an actress in Paramount Pictures’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
THR reports that the Victoria’s Secret angel will star opposite Will Arnett in the upcoming sequel to the recent TMNT.
Although the Brazilian Super Model appeared in Casino Royale, with an almost non-existent role, this time around she is playing Arnett’s love interest with actual lines.
Arnett and Ambrosio were seen kissing during the New York Knicks vs L.A. Clippers basketball match (no this is not a new love story) on March 25 for a scene in the movie.
Austin Rivers, J.J. Redick, Spencer Hawes, Matt Barnes and DeAndre Jordan will have prominent characters in the movie.
André Nemec and Josh Appelbaum have written the screenplay while Dave Green is directing the upcoming feature. Brad Fuller, Andrew Form and Michael Bay from Platinum Dunes will produce the movie.
According to previous news on the sequel, Megan Fox will reprise her character as April O’Neil along with William Fichtner.
The box office pundits say that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 might gross somewhere above $485 million (first TNMT box office collection) and it has already spent around $63 million.
Alessandra Ambrosio has previously starred in shows such as Gossip Girl and Entourage and she will also appear in Daddy’s Home, upcoming Will Ferrell/Mark Wahlberg comedy.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will release on June 3, 2016.
