Existing Dark Souls II PC Owners Can Upgrade to Scholar of the First Sin For Small Fee

Those who own Dark Souls II on Steam are eligible to upgrade their copy to the Scholar of the First Sin Edition for a small fee, Namco Bandai has announced.

This special edition is pegged for release next month and includes all three previously released DLC packs: Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of the Ivory King. In addition to that the developer has also thrown in additional NPCs, improved game balance, and better online functionality.

Owners of Dark Souls II on Steam can upgrade their game to the Scholar of the First Sin Edition for $29.99. Those who also own the DLCs alongside can pay the additional $19.99 fee to get the new edition. Finally, if you don’t own the game itself, then Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will cost you $49.99.
