Fans who have been waiting for the psychological thriller Hannibal now have something to help them concentrate on.

Bryan Fuller, Hannibal’s creator, posted on his twitter some massive details about season 3 to tease the fans.

Fuller revealed the first three episodes of season 3 will be directed by Vincenzo Natali and they will be titled ‘ANTIPASTO’, ‘PRIMAVERA’ and ‘SECONDO’. The names of these episodes originate from Italian culinary souce, which is no surprise as season one episodes were from French culinary terms, and season two from Japanese food words.

Another tweet stated that season 3 would take place over four different periods with a lot more introductions to the origins.

“THE #HANNIBAL SEASON 3 OPENER TAKES PLACE OVER FOUR DIFFERENT PERIODS OF TIME.”

Fuller further revealed that Neil Marshall (commonly known for his directorial skills in Game of Thrones) would direct the eight episode of season 3 titled ‘THE GREAT RED DRAGON’.

Besides the episode titles and unravelling of directors, Fuller showed the “CONCEPT ILLUSTRATION FOR FRANCIS DOLARHYDE’s KIMONO.”

Richard Armitage will be playing Dolarhyde, who was the main villain in the novel “Red Dragon” by Thomas Harris.

NBC’s Hannibal season 3 is set for a June 4 premiere date.
