Resident Evil Revelations 2 PS4 Frame Rate Improved with Patch

One thing that is interesting about what developers are doing for Resident Evil Revelations 2 is the upcoming Raid Mode Co-op which will land on March 31.

However, there is more. PlayStation 4 users have registered complaints about a lower frame rate of the game when compared to the Xbox One version in the past; but that is changing now.

A patch dedicated to the problem was released and according to the the video above, it has improved the frame rate for the Resident Evil Revelations 2 PS4 version and brought it a little closer to the Xbox One version – if not equal.

If you are one of the fans who hated the fact that the game not only dropped frame rates but also had a lower FPS in general on PS4, this will make things a tad easier for you.

Now, the lowest frame rates on PS4 have gone up from 27 to 31 but even that is far from what it is achieving on Xbox One.

There is another thing though; in some of the cut scenes, the Xbox One drops the frame rate while the PS4 is now able to maintain 60 FPS straight.

So tell us, what do you make of all this?
