Mortal Kombat X “Quitality” Announced, Quitters Will Hate This
Courtesy of the latest community Kast, we now have a brand new addition to MK’s -alities. Just yesterday, we reported Ed Boon teasing the arrival of the new “-ality” for Mortal Kombat X. At the time I expected the return of animalities or babalities.
However, due to Ed Boon’s choice of words it suggested the possibility of a brand new -ality as well.
As it turns out, it is indeed a never before seen finishing move. So, you want to know what the new -ality is? Well, it’s called Quitality. That’s right, and it’s tailor made for quitters.
Here’s how it will work, the most fun part of any fighting game is beating the pulp out of each other online. But often, those who just can’t stand getting their asses kicked feel comfortable quitting. Well you can still quit the game at any point due to any reason, but it won’t be without some humiliation.
As soon you quit, your character’s head will explode. You can bet there will be a lot of Quitality videos posted online after the release of Mortal Kombat X.
If you missed the stream on twitch, we captured the new Quilality in action. Check out the video above and share your reactions below.
Mortal Kombat X is expected to hit shelves on April 14. Announced platforms include PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
