New League of Legends Hero Bard is Now Available

By   /   Mar 13, 2015

Bard, the Wandering Caretaker is now available in League of Legends.

The Wandering Caretaker can cause Ancient Chimes to appear on the field and collecting them gives this champion a temporary boost in speed and mana. He can also summon little spirit warriors to help him fight the enemy. These spirits are called Meeps and will throw themselves at anyone who is targeted by Bard.

“Whenever Bard attacks, a meep throws itself at his target, dealing extra damage before disappearing back to the spirit world. As Bard collects more chimes, the meeps that follow him grow in both number and power.”

Bard is the first support who is able to gain a number of advantages just by moving around Summoner’s Rift. By collecting those chimes, he covers a lot of ground and offer his team with health packs and portals.

However, Bard will first have to judge the best possible opportunity before he makes a run. He can’t leave his marksman whenever he wants to. To know more about Bard and his play style, visit the official League of Legends website.
