Sand Snakes Are Ready to Spill Lannister Blood in Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones season 5 issued new images of the Sand Snakes.

Dorne prince Oberyn Martell’s warrior daughters Nymeria (Jessica Henwick), Obara (Keisha Castle-Hughes) and Tyene (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers) are ready to slit throats in these killer costumes.

The new images show that they seek vengeance for their father’s death at the hand of the Mountain.

Castle-Hughes says that this season, the Lannisters are in danger, as never have we seen women together. These girls are not here for fun, they are here to avenge their dead father.

“We haven’t seen women like this on Game of Thrones before; you have lone wolves like Arya and Brienne, and others like Daenerys or Cersei, who are politically strong surrounded by men.”

“But you haven’t seen women who are strong together and who collaborate – which is a dangerous thing. We’re three girls who are violent and manipulative who are thirsty for Lannister blood.”

This season these three women attack as a team with nothing but snake shaped daggers, whip and spear.

This season a lot is expected to change especially in Westeros and Essos, and it’s not going to be pretty. Daenerys Targaryen is planning to conquer the world with her dragons and golden heart, Jon Snow has counted days until the Winter comes, and King’s Landing has a new king.

Game of Thrones will premiere 12 April 2015 worldwide. A few days ago, news erupted that season 5 will be shown worldwide at the exact same time to avoid spoilers.
