Post Apocalyptic Game Mad Max Gets New Screenshots

By   /   Mar 9, 2015

New in-engine screenshots for Avalanche Studios’ post-apocalyptic title Mad Max have emerged.

The Vehicular combat game will feature the famous character from the 1979 movie of the same name, alongside the likes of Chumbucket as the two collaborate to upgrade their Magnum Opus vehicle.

Mad Max won’t sound or look like the original character from the film, but he will have the same anti-hero personality that drives his thirst for vehicular combat and domination, as you explore the Fallout-ish world for armor, engines, and other upgrades. Also, he will have an Australian accent, so no need to worry folks.

These screenshots came in the form of a preview by Game Informer, as they covered what we know of the game so far in high detail.

The graphics look pretty, and while they are in-engine, we’d like it if we saw a bit more of in-game graphics – there’s a fine but distinct line between the two of course.

Mad Max will be coming to the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Linux at the beginning of this September.
