Batman: Arkham Underworld For iOS Pits You Against Batman
Batman: Arkham Underworld is a new spin-off for iPhone and iPad devices that is being developed by Turbine, the one behind Infinite Crisis.
From the first bits of details gathered from the game’s official website, Batman: Arkham Underworld is going to allow players to build a hideout, recruit henchmen and then send them out for raids.
Players will also be able to command super-villains such as the Riddler, Killer Croc and Harley Quinn. When you have gathered enough power and resources, you’ll be able to take on Batman himself.
The game’s mechanics are similar along the lines of other popular titles like Clash of Clans. Which isn’t a bad thing at all. Clash of Clans after all is one of the highest grossing free-to-play games on mobile.
More details for Batman: Arkham Underworld will probably follow in the coming days. In the mean time you can sign up for the game’s beta here.
Turbine is also working on a new Game of Thrones game which is described as a combat strategy affair based around the franchise’s TV series. The game’s aim is to let you raise an army of soldiers and spies to dominate Westeros.
RockSteady’s Batman: Arkham Knight, the parent title for this iOS game, is due for release on June 2 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
