Hannibal Season 3 Premieres on June 4, Cast Changes Listed
NBC’s Hannibal season 3 finally got an official premiere date.
The delay from Hannibal’s previous premiere time to summer 2015 was understandably cruel for the fans but the wait is about to end. Bryan Fuller announced the official premiere date of Hannibal season 3 on his twitter profile. The show will air on Thursday, June 4 2015.
There are few moments and parts in Thomas Harris’ book Hannibal and Hannibal Rising, which the fans are absolutely in love with. Then there are those that the fans would gladly like to remove from the list.
Luckily, for the fans, Fuller has shown tendency to pick and drop whatever he likes from Hannibal’s text material.
This new season will focus heavily on the story of Will Graham hunting Dr. Lecter and Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier all around the Europe. Season 3 will revolve around the time about Bedelia and Hannibal’s life on the lam.
One of the posters released earlier show Dr. Lecter riding a bike in a black biker suite. It is a bit different from his usual trim outlook.
There are few additions that have been made to Hannibal’s star cast as well.
Richard Armitage will play the character of Francis Dolarhyde from The Hobbit trilogy. Joe Anderson will replace Michael Pitt from season two as Mason Verger as the character is now paralyzed and his face has been crucially spoiled. Rutina Wesley will play Reba McClane and Tao Okamoto as Chiyoh.
Last but not the least, Zachary Quinto will now be joining the cast as Dr. Bedelia’s patient. This certain entry has left the fans and viewers in nervousness. There is a fair chance that Quinto is a serial killer.
Hannibal premieres on NBC Thursday, June 4 2015 at 10/9c.
