March Free PlayStation Plus Games Announced – Sherlock Holmes, OlliOlli2 and More

By   /   Mar 4, 2015

The month of February is behind us and it’s time for a new batch of free PlayStation Plus games to arrive on PS Store.

Last month, we were able to download Transistor, Apotheon, Thief, Yakuza 4, Rogue Legacy, Kick & Fennick on our PlayStation systems.

For March, we are again being offered a great selection of titles for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Here’s what we’ll be able to play for free this month.

PlayStation 4

Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee — New ‘n’ Tasty!
Valiant Hearts: The Great War

PlayStation 3

Papo & Yo
Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments

PlayStation Vita

OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood (PS Vita | PS4)
CounterSpy (PS Vita | PS4 | PS3)

It’s a decent set of titles and I would like to play some of them, however, PlayStation 4 is yet to see a massive AAA title in its instant games collection. For the past two months, I was expecting to see KillZone: Shadowfall but Sony seems to be happy with indies.

On the other hand, PlayStation 3 users should be pretty happy with they are given so far. I knew it was a bit early to trade-in my PlayStation 3.

Moreover, you will need a PS Plus membership to play these games. Annual PlayStation Plus subscription is available for $49.99.

Anyways, which titles are you planning to play for free this month? Let us know of your choice in the comments below.
