This Week in Game Talk: Telepath Tactics, Gas Guzzlers Extreme, Paranautical Activity & More
This week in Game Talk begins with developer Sinister Design announcing the release date for its upcoming RPG, Telepath Tactics.
The Fire-Emblem-inspired project is scheduled to release exclusively for PC on Apr. 14, 2015. Robot Roller Derby: Disco Dodgeball developer has also decided to leave the Steam Early Access and planned to release the finalized version on Feb. 19, 2015.
It might be interesting for some of you to know that the game was actually the top-rated multiplayer games of all time during its Early Access – yes even beating titles like Counter Strike, Unreal Tournament, and Left 4 Dead 2.
Iceberg Interactive Steam racing game, Gas Guzzlers Extreme has received a full Metal Zombie DLC which allows players to kick some zombie butt while staying inside their car – zombie survival does not get better than this.
Speaking of undead and killing them, Paranautical Activity is now back on Steam. Yes, the game whose developers made empty threats to kill Lord Gabe on Twitter. I can’t be certain whether it’s the effects of those empty threats or the sheer goodness of Gabe, but the game is indeed back on Steam.
Finally, speaking of Steam Greenlight, a lot of cool projects were approved on the platform.
One of these is Strength of the SWORD: Ultimate – a combination of fighting game and brawler with tons of sword fighting and action-packed adventures.
Last but not least, we have On My Own; a randomly generated survival game where you do your usual survival chores, but in a cuter 2D manner. Make sure to check out the demo, especially if you are a fan of the genre.
