Project CARS’ In-Depth Trailer Details Career Mode

By   /   Feb 19, 2015

As part of a new video series to showcase the various features and modes for Project CARS, Slightly Mad Studios has released an in-depth trailer that looks at the game’s Career Mode.

The video shows us just how the mode is ‘structured’ and an interesting ‘start where you like’ feature. This is in particular targeted at the casual lot who would want to skip the grinding procedure and instead jump straight into the action.

The next episode in the series will focus on Qualifying, the Pit Box, pit strategies, and include gameplay footage from the career mode.

Yesterday, Project CARS was confirmed to be delayed yet again and will now release on April 2 in Europe and North America. The new dates relate to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC versions.

There’s however, still no news on the Wii U edition, which so far is going with a vague 2015 release time-frame.

Project CARS was previously due for release in March, and before that was originally listed for release last year. While the latest delay is said to give developers more time to further polish the game, last year’s delay was to avoid “the competitive holiday scene dominated by household names.”
