Lords of the Fallen Dev has no Idea Why it Was Pulled from Ultimate Game Sale
Just a couple of days ago, Microsoft started an Ultimate Game Sale on Xbox Store. Numerous AAA and indie games on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 were discounted, Lords of the Fallen was one of them.
As soon as the sale started on February 17, Lords of the Fallen’s price dropped to £7.50. However, within a few hours, the game was pulled and was no longer available as part of the sale. Its price went back to £49.99. Those who bought the game during that time had no complaints, but those who couldn’t took to social media and asked Deck 13 Interactive in hopes of an answer.
Unfortunately, development team at Deck 13 has no idea what’s happening and why the game was pulled. Many thought the game was there by mistake but that wasn’t the case.
Regarding the Xbox Ultimate Game Sale. It was suposed to be in there, it also seems it was for a few hours and then got pulled. No info yet!

On the other hand, Microsoft claims that Lords of the Fallen wasn’t supposed to be discounted, adding more mystery and confusion to this scenario. From a birds eye view, it look like a communication breakdown between MS and Deck 13 but we can’t say for sure what’s happening behind the curtain.
Whatever it s, it only seems fair that MS brings back Lords of the Fallen to the Ultimate Game Sale. This is a developing story and we’ll keep you updated of any new information that comes along. Till then, share your take on the story with us in the comments below.
