Battlefield Hardline Beta Raked in Above Six Million Players!
Battlefield Hardline Beta kicked off with a blast on February 3, and the response provided by the fans was so great that developer Visceral Games announced to extend the testing session by one day.
Now, today is the last day when you can try out the game before its final release.
While there still are some hours that you can clock in before the timer runs out, it has been revealed that millions upon millions of fans have already found the game interesting. According to the developers, more than six million players have played the beta already!
Steve Papoutsis, the vice president and general manager of Visceral Games took to the official website of Electronic Arts to reveal the figures and to thank the community for the response they gave to Battlefield Hardline beta.
That is not all, Papoutsis revealed that billions had been stolen in Heist while millions of miles had been driven in Hotwire. Here’s a part of the comments he made:
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank the community one more time. We love the two way dialogue we’ve established. And now that you’ve driven millions of miles in Hotwire, you’ve stolen billions of dollars in Heist, and you’ve continued to show mad love for Conquest, we can’t wait until you get a chance to play the whole package. We have seven multiplayer modes, nine diverse maps and a full single player campaign that’s like nothing Battlefield has ever seen before.
Last but not the least, he assured that the development team at Visceral Games was already prioritizing work based on the feedback and that you will hopefully see the effect when the full game is released.
PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 are going to get the game on March 17 in North America and on March 19 in European Union.
Have you tried out the Battlefield Hardline beta? What’s your feedback on it?
