The Sims 4 Get to Work Expansion Releases in April, Trailer Inside

By   /   Feb 5, 2015

In the time of the original The Sims titles, we had no control over the things that our character did after leaving home for work. Our part was confined to everything other than the place he/ she worked at.

Things have changed by a great margin now! The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack has been announced and it is dedicated to the work we take up. Giving us more input into the job of our character, it lets us figure out promotions or demotions.

It gives us the chance to take up life saving professions like being a doctor and even hazardous careers like a scientist with questionable experimentations.

The best active career you are going to get to choose in The Sims 4, so far, is that of a detective where the characters get to be a “Dexter” of sorts:

Actively control your Sims while they’re at work and determine whether your Sims are headed towards the big promotion or becoming the workplace menace. Jump to the rescue and save countless lives as a Doctor, torment your neighbors with mischievous inventions as a Scientist, or investigate crime scenes and crack the big cases as a Detective. If you’d rather be your own boss, create, customize, and manage your own retail businesses to become a Simoleonaire!

Electronic Arts have also released a new trailer to show off The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack. It might not be too lengthy, but it shines good light on the new active careers coming our way. You can expect the pack to hit the PCs sometime in April.

Do check it out and tell us what you think!
