Mortal Kombat X System Requirements: 8GB, GTX 660, 40GB

We are only a little over two months away from the release of Mortal Kombat X, finally. For the PC users, this also means that they get to know what are the system requirements that they will need to meet for it. After all, you wouldn’t want to miss thee return of the franchise!

NetherRealms have finally listed the PC requirements on the official Steam page of the game where it is available for preorder at $59.99. You can also get the Premium Edition for a ten percent discount at $80.99.

The minimum specifications that you will need to meet in order to be able to play Mortal Kombat X are these:

  • Operating System: 64-bit: Vista, Win 7, Win 8
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz
  • Memory: 3 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 | AMD Radeon HD 5850
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Hard Drive: 25 GB available space

Since these are the minimum system requirements, you should know that they will only run the game on the low settings. In if you have a high end PC and think that you would rather play the game on higher graphical settings, these are the recommended system requirements:

  • Operating System: 64-bit Win 7, Win 8
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 | AMD Radeon HD 7950
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB available space

Mortal Kombat X is being developed for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game will be unleashed on all platforms on April 14, 2015.
