Final Fantasy XIV’s Free Weekend Begins This Friday

By   /   Jan 28, 2015

Final Fantasy XIV is receiving a free weekend that will take place from Friday, January 30 at 8:00 GMT to Monday, February 2 at 8:00 GMT.

The free event is for returning players only and in order to be eligible, you must have previously purchased and registered a Final Fantasy XIV account. This is a perfect opportunity for those who were either taking a break or are now curious about what new features the game is boasting.

Once the trial weekend is over, players will require to activate a subscription to the game to continue playing.

The most recent update 2.5 for Final Fantasy XIV added a ton of new content, including twenty new quests, new crafting recipes, three new dungeons, new trials and an end game raid.

Now is a good time to take part in the free weekend and get a taste of what the game is offering. You’ll probably end up joining the ranks of Eorzea once again.

The free weekend is available for all regions and servers.
