PC Version of Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Delayed to March 30
The PC version of Dead or Alive 5: Last Round has been pushed back to March 30, Tecmo Koei has announced.
The game was originally set for a release on February 17, three days earlier than the console counter-parts (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One). Those however are still on schedule for release on February 20.
As a token of apology for the game’s delay on PC, the developer has promised 28 outfits from the Halloween 2013 costumes set to be made available for free to all users who purchase the game from Steam.
“In order to provide you with the best experience possible, the expected release date for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on Steam has been changed from Feb. 17 to March 30,” reads an official statement on Steam.
“In appreciation for your patience, we’ll be offering the Halloween 2013 Set (28 costumes) free of charge to all users who purchase Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on Steam.”
Despite of the delay, online play for Dead or Alive 5: Last Round will still not be available on PC at launch. It will arrive later on within the first three months of release.
