Bloodborne To Support Up To Five Players Online
The beta of Bloodborne supported up to three players, which many have been considered the final number. However, the game’s PlayStation store page just received an update today, and now it shows that the game will be supporting 2-5 players online.
This certainly makes things a whole lot interesting, but it is still unknown how the developers are looking to integrate five players into the final version. Will it be in the shape of co-op play or will it be 3v2, 4v1 PvP multiplayer? I hope we will find out soon.
Bloodborne, just like the previous games by From Software, hasn’t received too much information because the developers want to surprise the players when they are going through the game. This five-player update could also be a big surprise that would only be revealed once the game has been released.
However, it will be good to know what this is all about beforehand, so that the large number of fans who are looking forward to get their hands on it can get ready.
From what we have seen thus far, the game looks and plays quite well. It also is a bit fast-paced compared to the Dark Souls series, which makes it more accessible.
Bloodborne is set to hit the shelves on March 24, 2015, exclusively for PlayStation 4.
