By   /   Jan 22, 2015

Square Enix has announced that its free-to-play title, Nosgoth has entered into its open beta worldwide, and is available on Steam for everyone to try. Anyone participating in the beta will get his/her hands on the Double XP.

The beta is just a start though, as developers assure that there is a lot more stuff headed your way in the upcoming months including a new Summoner (a new Vampire class) along with a new Human class.

That’s not all, as you can look forward to seeing a Vampire city map, a new game mode, new skins for the characters, crafting, league rankings, trading, gifting, observer tools and a ton of more stuff.

Accompanying the announcement of the open beta, is a brand new trailer which shows what to expect from Nosgoth. You can check out the video in all its glory attached above.

Game Director, Corey Davis speaking about the launch trailer said that the development team takes the community very seriously, and this new trailer has been crafted with the help of the actual fans.

We are incredibly passionate about the Nosgoth community and we wanted to highlight this in our Open Beta Launch trailer which was made in conjunction with actual players. The community is at the core of the game and it is humbling to have such a vibrant and supportive fan-base and put these players’ front and centre of our campaign.

Do try out the Nosgoth and share your initial impressions with us in the comments section below!
