Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Showcases Combat Mechanics in New Trailer

By   /   Jan 22, 2015

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD that showcases the game’s combat mechanics, while pulling off a few flashy moves in the process.

Viewers can get another taste of techniques and combat styles boasted by different characters. Each battle is party-based, and each of the three characters in the group have their own set of skills and abilities.

Based on the opponents, the player then has to decide the best possible combination of moves. Whether that involves summoning ancient creatures through magic or going hard and fast with steel.

Square Enix has confirmed that there will be fourteen playable characters in total.

Finally the video concludes by teasing a playable demo for Final Fantasy XV. We’re probably going to hear more about this in the coming days.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD releases on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17 in North America and March 20 in Europe.
