Bloodborne Limited Edition PlayStation 4 Coming to Japan
It looks like Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan and Asia wants to do everything to make sure that Bloodborne and PlayStation 4 benefit from each other as much as they can.
A few days ago it was announced that a Japan only limited edition of the game will be released featuring a parka and a steel mug. Now they have announced a special edition of the console too!
As you can see in the images above and below, this Bloodborne Limited Edition PlayStation 4 is themed with the game’s logo like The Evil Within and Destiny had previously.
According to the Sony Store Japan, the contents of Bloodborne Limited Edition PlayStation 4 are going to include these:
- PlayStation 4 body × 1
- Bloodborne laser engraved PS4 HDD bay cover × 1
- Bloodborne Collector’s Edition × 1
- DualShock 4 Controller × 1
- Headset × 1
- Power cord × 1
- HDMI cable × 1
- USB cable × 1
As far as the price of the console is concerned, both the Glacier White and Jet Black version are going to cost 47,480 yen + tax. This is roughly equivalent to $400 + tax.

The bundle is already available for preordering on the Sony Store Japan; however you will have to wait until the game is released. These console will be released on March 26, 2015.
Bloodborne is a PlayStation 4 exclusive action RPG by the makers of Dark Souls. It is slated for release in the North American region on March 24, in European Union on March 25, in Japan on March 26 and then in United Kingdom on March 27.
