League Of Legends: Nemesis Draft Hits PBE, Allows You to Choose For Enemy Side

League of Legends is going to receive a new draft-pick mode that will give players the power to choose champions for the opposing team.

Called “Nemesis Draft,” both teams will get to ban three champions. The theory here is to not only ban champions you don’t want the enemy team to have, but also those you’re not comfortable on your team as well.

Following that, each player will pick out one champion for the enemy side from the collective pool of the allied team.

Once all champions are locked in, a trading period will allow players to shuffle the champions around. This is the time when the team-chat can be organized or else everyone can start shouting for that specific champion and claiming to be a demigod on it.

“We’ve paid special attention to the champion select phase this time to make the picking & trading phases as clear as possible,” said L4T3NCY on the official game forums, “so feedback on that flow will be welcome.”

As of writing, the mode is available on the PBE (Public Beta Environment) Realm. Riot Games has not mentioned when we can expect the official release of the Nemesis Draft. For now those with PBE access can try out the new offering.
