The Division is Not Being Delayed Past 2015, Says Ubisoft

By   /   Jan 19, 2015

Were you mad when Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division had been delayed back in May 2014? With all those other delays, it might not have hurt but considering how they are still not talking release, many of us would be worried if the game could be delayed further.

It looks like all is well at Ubisoft for now. The developers made a seemingly small post on the official Facebook page of the game boasting that they were releasing two Tom Clancy titles this year.

We’ve got two Clancy games coming this year… Which one are YOU most excited for? Rainbow Six Siege or The Division?

So yeah, not only are you going to get Rainbow Six Siege, you are most definitely getting The Division as well.

From the recent discussions that Ubisoft has had with the fans, we know that decision making is going to be an integral part of the game – being something that the future of your play depends on. However, customization is also going to be of importance in more aspects than one.

Other than that, the developers have been talking about things like new cities that the game might have other than the one it starts off from. They also outlined the skills system that the game is going to employ as well as the kind of an open world you should expect to meet.

All these are just two of the most recent episodes of details that they have shared regarding. However, on both occasions it would have been nice if they reiterated their release schedule just to keep the fans enthusiastic.

Looks like they thought it was time to do so now.

The Division is being developed for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
