GTA V PC Pre-Orders Feature Free Game and $1 Million
Rockstar Games has announced pre-order bonuses for the PC version of GTA V and they vary between the physical and digital editions.
All who pre-order the game (physical or digital) will receive $1 million in-game currency that will be divided equally between the game’s single-player campaign and online component. That’s $500,000 each for both modes.
Pre-ordering the digital version from the developer’s online service, Rockstar Warehouse, by February 1 will earn you an extra $300,000 to spend in GTA Online.
Additionally, you’ll also walk away with a free PC digital title. Once you purchase GTA V, you’ll be able to choose a title from the following:
- Bully: Scholarship Edition
- GTA III
- GTA: Vice City
- GTA: Episodes from Liberty City
- GTA: San Andreas
- GTA IV
- L.A. Noire
- Max Payne 3
- Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne
- Max Payne 3
- Midnight Club 2
The same set of rules apply if you wish to purchase the game through Steam. However, on Valve’s online platform you’ll only be entitled to a free copy of GTA: San Andreas, along with the additional $300,000 of course.
GTA V was supposed to release this month but has now been delayed to March 24. The game will be available for pre-load prior to release.
