Nintendo Anime Channel Is Coming To Europe With NN3DS in February 2015

By   /   Jan 15, 2015

A large number of Nintendo fans tuned into Nintendo Direct that took place yesterday and among all the announcements, one that got overlooked was Nintendo Anime Channel. It is a new service that will be exclusively available for Nintendo 3DS.

We all know how popular animes are, and by using this service, 3DS owners will be able to watch their favorite anime shows without any hassle.

At the time of launch, Nintendo Anime Channel will not include a lot of content. Most notable anime that you will be able to watch are Pokémon, Inazuma Eleven, and Kirby. Nintendo assures that more content will be added to the channel in the future. This channel will be completely free and will not charge a single penny from the consumer – which is awesome.

The app for this channel will be added to the Nintendo eShop on Feb. 13, 2015. The service will be available for the users in Europe only, and after that it may come to other regions as well. No official announcement for other regions has been made.

February 13 is also the release date for New Nintendo 3DS release in the Europe. So this Nintendo Anime Channel is basically added to attract more consumers to the platform.
